Our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 48-72 hours in advance via TEXT, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply which will be in the amount of your original appointment.

 “No Shows”

If you no show we will require a credit card on file for future appointments and you must pay for the appointment
you missed.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, allowing us to better serve everyone. 4th & Mane Hair Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS

If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 7 days or less of your hair appointment.*
